Overview

The terms on which you use this site. Using it means accepting them.

We are not the seller

This is a comparison site. We do not sell eSIMs, take payment, activate plans, or provide mobile service. Any purchase is a contract between you and the provider, on their terms. Support, refunds, cancellations and complaints about a plan go to them; we cannot resolve them and have no access to your account or order.

How we are paid

We earn a commission when you buy through some of our outbound links, at no extra cost to you. Commission carries no weight in any ranking: the formula is published in full on our methodology page, and no payout figure is available to the code that ranks plans. Nobody can pay for inclusion or for a position.

Accuracy

Prices and plan details come from providers' own catalogues and change without notice. We recompute continuously and show when each page was last updated, but the provider's checkout is always authoritative. Currency conversions are indicative and use a daily rate, shown with its date. Check the plan on the provider's site before buying.

Coverage figures describe the host networks a provider rides, as published by the provider. Advertised 5G is not a guarantee of 5G at your location, and "unlimited" generally means full speed up to a fair-use threshold and slower after it.

Promo codes

Codes are shown with the date a person last checked them. A provider can withdraw or change a code at any time, and a code may exclude certain plans. We publish the discount a provider states; where they advertise only a maximum, we show no figure rather than the maximum.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the site at a rate that degrades it, submit false reviews, or attempt to interfere with its operation. We may remove any review and restrict access where these terms are breached.

Your content

Submitting a review grants us a non-exclusive right to publish and store it. Submit only your own honest experience of a plan you actually used. We do not pay for reviews, and we do not delete one for being unflattering.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on comparison data, from a provider's acts or omissions, or from a plan failing to work as you expected. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and your statutory rights as a consumer against the provider are unaffected.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies.
